Chris was amazing. He installed our new well tank and removed 100 years of old unnecessary equipment that had been damage our water system. The time between making an initial inquiry about water treatment systems and the actual installation a suitable system was very quick (less than a week). The technicians (Frank and Ryan) arrived right on time and did a fine, professional job with the installation. All questions were answered. Very happy with the choice of Blue Heron to install our water softening system.

Well the service was great. It would’ve been nice to know what the cost was for Service visit. It was a bit surprising. I thought it would be somewhere around 100 $150 unfortunately it was more more than that.

I called Blue Heron to replace my malfunctioning water softener. They gave me a quote over the phone and were able to schedule me for an installation on the very next day. The technicians arrived on time, removed the old system, installed the new one, set it up and completed the work within a couple of hours. They were professional and courteous, and I had no issues whatsoever from beginning to finish. Would recommend them

Water softner install with a whole house carbon unit with a pre sediment filter

-Inspected customers chlorine retention tank/pump , took it all apart and didn’t see any build up all the tubes were clean. -Started it back up and it was pumping chlorine into in the plumbing as it should everything is currently working.

Job Notes: -Actively leaking when i arrived, -Bypassed both systems and took pressure off through backwash cycle. -
